We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information with trusted partners who assist us in managing our website, conducting our business, or delivering our services—provided that these partners agree to treat your data confidentially.
We may also disclose your information:
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: In cases where disclosure is required by law, a court order, or other legal process.
- To Protect Our Rights: When necessary to enforce our website policies, safeguard our rights or those of others, or ensure the security of our property.
8. Use of Cookies
Our website utilizes cookies—small text files stored by your web browser on your device—to enhance user experience, improve functionality, and ensure secure operations.
Some cookies are “persistent” and remain on your device until they are deleted. These help us recognize you when you return to our website.
You can manage, restrict, or block cookies via your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website. The use of cookies necessary for electronic communications or for providing services (e.g., a shopping cart) is based on Article 13(1) of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). We have a legitimate interest in storing such cookies to ensure a technically flawless and smooth operation of our services. Cookies used for additional purposes (e.g., analytics) are addressed separately in this Privacy Policy.
9. Use of the Contact Form
When you contact us via the contact form on our website, the information you provide (including your first and last name, email address, and your inquiry) is stored to process your request and provide a response. The processing of your personal data is based on Article 13(1) of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG), as it is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. Your data will be handled confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required to process your inquiry or as mandated by law. Your inquiry is transmitted via SMTP using the Swiss provider Hoststar.ch. Data is deleted once it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or upon your request, unless retention is required by law.
10. Use of Third-Party Services
Our website may utilize services provided by third parties (e.g., Vercel.com). These third parties may have access to personal data collected through our website. Please note that the processing of your data by these providers is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of use. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policies of these third parties to understand their data processing practices.
11. Use of Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google Analytics employs cookies to analyze your use of our website. Information collected by these cookies—including your IP address—is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA.
We have activated IP anonymization so that your IP address is truncated within the European Union or other member states of the European Economic Area (EEA) prior to transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and then truncated. Google uses this information on behalf of the website operator to evaluate your usage, generate reports on website activity, and provide further services related to website and internet usage.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings; however, this may limit the functionality of our website. Additionally, you can prevent Google from collecting data generated by cookies (including your IP address) by installing the browser add-on available at:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
The use of Google Analytics is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for analyzing, optimizing, and efficiently operating our online services. Further details on Google Analytics’ data protection practices can be found at:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245
12. Use of Google Tag Manager
Our website uses the Google Tag Manager, provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The Google Tag Manager is employed for the management and implementation of website tags—small code snippets used to analyze visitor behavior, optimize and measure advertising, and assess the functioning of our website.
The Google Tag Manager itself does not process personal data; it simply triggers other tags that may collect data. It does not access or store the data collected by those tags. If deactivation occurs at the domain or cookie level, it remains effective for all tracking tags implemented via the Google Tag Manager.
Its use is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for efficient tag management on our website. For further information, please consult the Google Tag Manager usage guidelines at:
https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html
13. User of Google reCaptcha
Our website employs the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") to determine whether an input is provided by a human or by automated processing. During a reCAPTCHA query, your input, along with your IP address and any other data required by Google for the service, is transmitted to Google. Your IP address is anonymized within the European Union or other EEA member states prior to transmission. In exceptional cases, the full IP address may be transferred to a Google server in the USA and anonymized there.
Google uses this information on behalf of the website operator to evaluate your use of the reCAPTCHA service. The IP address transmitted by your browser in connection with reCAPTCHA is not merged with other Google data. Your data may also be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are subject to the adequacy decision of the European Commission (commonly referenced as the "Privacy Shield"). Google is certified under the Privacy Shield framework and is obligated to comply with its provisions. For further details regarding Google’s privacy policy and reCAPTCHA, please visit:

15. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable laws. In addition, we may retain your data to satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
16. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where local data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. HighLevel ensures that any such transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the use of standard contractual clauses and, where necessary, the UK Addendum.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, in line with the security measures described in our Data Processing Agreement with HighLevel.
